What it is

When a contractor misses a call, the caller gets an immediate text back, the conversation continues by text, and jobs get booked instead of lost. TextBack powers that service for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and general-contractor businesses. As a white-label reseller, you license the same platform and sell it under your own name.

How it works

1. You license the platform and brand it as yours — your name, logo, and colours everywhere your clients and their callers look. TextBack's name never appears to your clients or their customers.
2. Your clients sign up under your brand, at prices you set. They pay you through your own Stripe account. Their money never passes through us.
3. We keep the platform running: the text-back engine, booking, review requests, and support tooling — under your label.

License tiers — fees in the open

Beyond the included count: $10/month per additional client whose service is live (in trial or active).

7-day grace on license payments.

You set your own client prices (the platform default is $49/month; it's yours to change).

Program type: a white-label reseller license — not an affiliate program. TextBack never bills your clients.
